By using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with HumanizX, the entity detailed in these Terms (“HumanizX”).

a.Using HumanizX

HumanizX provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to elevate your business operations and strategic positioning. These services include business strategy formulation, process optimisation, continuous improvement and organisational alignment to help you achieve sustained growth. Your use of any content provided by HumanizX to you ("client") is governed by these Terms.

b. Managed Accounts.

If you register for the Service with a business email, you affirm that you are authorised to bind your company to these Terms, and the account will be considered a managed account, adhering to additional administrative control as agreed.

2. Service Commitment

a. Age Requirement.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. Minors may use the Service only with involvement and approval of a parent or guardian.

b. License to Use.

Subject to these Terms, HumanizX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for either personal or business purposes.

c. Acceptable Use.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes prohibitions on misuse of our Service, discriminatory practices, and engaging in illegal activities.

HumanizX offers paid coaching, advisory and consultingservices . Details on the scope and pricing of these services are available by booking a call with us.

b. Renewals and Cancellations.

Subscriptions automatically renew under the terms set at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice, but HumanizX does not provide refunds for any remaining portion of the subscription term.

5. Privacy and Data Security

HumanizX respects your privacy and outlines how we handle your personal and business data in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to our data practices as described.
